Kamala Harris’ Last Stand

On October 29th, 2024 (less than a week away from Election Day), I went to the last Kamala Harris rally in Washington D.C. – I didn’t have my better quality camera on me then, but I snapped a couple photos I thought were worth archiving. I live less than two blocks away from the White House, and I’m taken aback by that thought every single time.

Waves of supporters (and some protesters) flooded the fields of the National Mall – I was part of the “overflow crowd” that took up most of the grounds of the Washington Monument. The experience was rowdy, even in the area where you couldn’t see our then-Vice President in person. It was a very eventful night!
